(Project: My Health – My Help)
Good health is central to human happiness and well-being that contributes significantly to prosperity and wealth and even economic progress, as healthy populations are more productive, save more and live longer.
By educating school girls about menstrual health, hygiene practices, and body awareness, the Foundation builds confidence and corrects myths at an early age. As a result, girls attend school regularly, participate actively in class, and perform better academically. This initiative ensures that menstruation does not become a barrier to education, empowering young girls to grow into healthy, confident, and informed women.

By spreading awareness, providing hygienic sanitary products, and educating girls and women about safe menstrual practices, the Foundation helps prevent infections, illness, and long-term health problems. This initiative also breaks social taboos and misconceptions surrounding menstruation, encouraging open discussion and confidence among young girls. Improved menstrual hygiene leads to better school attendance, self-esteem, and overall well-being, empowering women to lead healthier, safer, and more independent lives in society.
