Menstrual hygiene is crucial for all girls, regardless of their economic status. However, for poor girls, ensuring proper menstrual hygiene can be particularly challenging due to limited access to resources and facilities. Helps Foundation is working towards Menstrual Hygiene. My Health - My Help is the initiative from Helps Foundation. Till today Helps Foundation completed 55 menstrual hygiene program in the rural schools of viramgam taluka of gujarat.
