International Women's Day at Vadia with Helps Foundation
Helps Foundation and Janta Foundation together celebrated International Women's Day on 8th March, 2022 with more than 230 female and school girls from vadia and nearby villages of Tharad. Helps Foundation launched their joint initiative for Female Health and Hygiene called "My Health-My Help. Where female needs to take care of her Health and Hygiene by her self. Under this initiative we have started distributing Free Sanitary Pads to female in need.

HELPS Foundation celebrates International Women's Day
To celebrate International Women's Day, the team of HELPS Foundation - Dr. Dhirendra Patel, Dr. Kajal Patel, Meena Solanki, Kareena Jhala, Anjali Chavda and Yashree Desai informed the students and women about menstruation related issues under the 'My Health - My Help' project in the primary school of Ambala village of Surendranagar district. Mainly they were all told about the usefulness of sanitary pads so that they can get awareness on this topic and they can take care of their own health which is the aim of this project. After this, sanitary pads were distributed to the girl students there, along with the issues that were confusing them were also discussed, guidance was provided to them.

"The first happiness is to do it by yourself." - I don't know how many times we may hear this phrase, but HELPS Foundation knows very well how important it is to understand this matter in the student period, that's why HELPS Foundation organized a "Physical and Mental Health Awareness Program" on the occasion of 'World Health Day'.
