Helps Foundation initiative to provide Food4All under that Helps Foundation Started Project "A Meal-A Day" - where we will try to provide One time meal to people who are not able to get one time meal. Helps Foundation and Janta Foundation together celebrated International Women's Day on 8th March, 2022 with more than 230 female and school girls from vadia and nearby villages of Tharad. Helps Foundation launched their joint initiative for Female Health and Hygiene called "My Health-My Help. Where female needs to take care of her Health and Hygiene by her self. Under this initiative we have started distributing Free Sanitary Pads to female in need.
