To celebrate International Women's Day, the team of HELPS Foundation - Dr. Dhirendra Patel, Dr. Kajal Patel, Meena Solanki, Kareena Jhala, Anjali Chavda and Yashree Desai informed the students and women about menstruation related issues under the 'My Health - My Help' project in the primary school of Ambala village of Surendranagar district. Mainly they were all told about the usefulness of sanitary pads so that they can get awareness on this topic and they can take care of their own health which is the aim of this project. After this, sanitary pads were distributed to the girl students there, along with the issues that were confusing them were also discussed, guidance was provided to them.

Vidyadan - HELPS Foundation's program driven by the spirit of Shresthadan - 'HELPS Pathashala' is working towards imparting quality education to the children of Mandalpura village. In this project, the team of HELPS Foundation - Dr. Dhirendra Patel, Dr. Kajal Patel, Meena, Kareena, Anjali and I (Yashree) are contributing. A total of 45 children from 1st to 8th standard participate in educational activities in this school which has been running for 3 months.

From Helps Foundation Dr. Dhirendra Patel and Dr. Kajal Patel provide the guidance and support, Viramgam District Pay Center School No. Anjali, I (Yashree), and Jyotika joined as volunteers in a program organized to create awareness among children about physical and mental health in 1st.

Our Campaign My Health - My Help aims to ensure that every woman has access to sanitary napkins, and we gave awareness about how it's beneficial for their health. On 28th may 2023, we visited Ambala village of Surendranagar and we have donated sanitary pads at rural area's native women. Most of underdeveloped area's women were started using sanitary pads and they know more better about their physical health after our Helps Foundation campaign.
